Byrjar \u00e1 \u00fev\u00ed a\u00f0 losa skinni\u00f0 fr\u00e1 bringunum, \u00fea\u00f0 hangir reyndar vi\u00f0 bringubeini\u00f0 en \u00fea\u00f0 er allt \u00ed lagi, \u00fea\u00f0 koma bara \u00fe\u00e1 svona skinnvasar \u00e1 bringuna \u00e1 kj\u00fallanum. Svo saxar ma\u00f0ur basil og steinselju, l\u00e6tur sm\u00e1 \u00f3lifuol\u00edu leka ofan \u00ed bringuvasana og sm\u00e1 salt og svo bara tre\u00f0ur ma\u00f0ur kryddjurtunum ofan\u00ed og makar og nuddar \u00feetta \u00fat um allt. \u00fea\u00f0 fer sm\u00e1 krydd \u00fatfyrir en \u00fea\u00f0 er allt \u00ed f\u00edna. Svo sker ma\u00f0ur s\u00edtr\u00f3nuna \u00ed tvennt og tre\u00f0ur henni inn \u00ed kvi\u00f0arholi\u00f0 \u00e1 k\u00fallanum. \u00c9g reyndar set bara alltaf h\u00e1lfa\u00a0 s\u00edtr\u00f3nu, hef bara ekki komi\u00f0 heilli s\u00edtr\u00f3nu inn\u00ed, \u00fea\u00f0 er svo l\u00edti\u00f0 pl\u00e1ss.. og svo setur ma\u00f0ur eina e\u00f0a tv\u00e6r r\u00f3smar\u00edngreinar inn\u00ed l\u00edka svo s\u00edtr\u00f3nunni lei\u00f0ist ekki. N\u00fahh.. \u00fe\u00e1 er komi\u00f0 a\u00f0 \u00fevi a\u00f0 \u2018sauma\u2019 fyrir gati\u00f0, \u00e9g reyndar geri \u00fea\u00f0 ekki, \u00e9g bara tylli, ja, e\u00f0a fl\u00e6ki l\u00f6ppunum saman vi\u00f0 lausa skinni\u00f0 sem er yfirlett framan\u00e1.. \u00e6 \u00fe\u00fa veist.. \u00fe\u00e1 lokast allveg fyrir gati\u00f0.. A\u00f0 \u00f6llu \u00feessu loknu er bara a\u00f0 nudda, pensla e\u00f0a maka kj\u00fallan \u00ed \u00f3l\u00edfuol\u00edu og krydda hann allan me\u00f0 salti og sv\u00f6rtum pipar.. svo sker ma\u00f0ur svona \u00ed l\u00e6rin svo \u00feau ver\u00f0i jafn vel eldu\u00f0 og bringan.. og \u00e9g maka n\u00fa sm\u00e1 kryddjurtum \u00fear l\u00edka, \u00fea\u00f0 er vo\u00f0a gott.. Svo setur ma\u00f0ur kj\u00fallann inn \u00ed ofn, ma\u00f0ur \u00e1 a\u00f0 hita pl\u00f6tuna, sk\u00faffuna e\u00f0a formi\u00f0 fyrst, svo setur ma\u00f0ur kj\u00fallann inn, fyrst vinstri bringuna ni\u00f0ur og steikir \u00ed 5 m\u00edn, svo h\u00e6gri bringuna og steikir \u00ed 5 m\u00edn, n\u00fa e\u00f0a h\u00e6gri fyrst og vinstri svo, ekki alveg a\u00f0alm\u00e1li\u00f0..\u00a0 og svo leggur ma\u00f0ur kj\u00fallann \u00e1 baki\u00f0 og steikir hann \u00ed klukkut\u00edma.. og \u00fe\u00e1 er hann redd\u00ed.
